MANGO ICE CREAM

Mango icecream recipe with step by step photos, easy mango recipe is made without ice cream maker, we are used 4 ingredient used and make ice cream every year summer and mango season i make this ice cream recipe, today im made this recipe without food colour and flavour, and fresh cream.

INGREDIENTS:

Mango – 2 numbers
Wheat flour – 2 tsp
Milk – ½ liter
Sugar- 6 to 7 tsp

PROCEDURE:

STEP: 1 take 2 mangoes and peel out outer skin.

STEP: 2 then cut mangoes small cube sizes.

STEP: 3 then take ½ litter milk boil well then set it aside.

STEP: 4 then take a vessel put wheat flour and roast it brown colour.

STEP: 5 then transfer wheat flour and set aside.

STEP: 6 pour 6 tsp of coli milk add and dissolved wheat flour.

STEP: 7 then take vessel then pour boiled milk and add wheat flour mixture then mix it without lambs, And add 7 tsp of sugar.

STEP: 8 cook it well mix continuously its became thick creamy consistency, then cool it.

STEP: 9 then add this mixture and mango cubes mixer and blend smoothly consistency.

STEP: 10 transfer mango mixture in air tight box .

STEP: 11 then set it fridge at 8 hours.

Step: 12 after 8 hours put blender then blend again creamy texture is got.

STEP: 13 then transfer same box again freeze it 2 hours.

Step:14 After 2 hours ice cream is ready to serve.

PREPARATION TIME : 15 TO 2 MINTS
FREEZING TIME:  10 HOURS
SERVE:7 MEMBERS.

NOTES:

Take sweetness mango and dark yellow colour its give good colour for your ice cream.

Before scoop your ice cream scoop your ice cream dip your scoop or spoon hot water its scoop ice cream very well.

PICTORIAL:

Take 2 mangoes and peel out outer skin.

Cook it well mix continuously its became thick creamy consistency, then cool it.


Then add this mixture and mango cubes mixer and blend smoothly consistency.


Transfer mango mixture in air tight box .


Then set it fridge at 8 hours.

After 8 hours put blender then blend again creamy texture is got.

Then transfer same box again freeze it 2 hours.


After 2 hours ice cream is ready to serve.
