Simple recipe to make hurry burry day its helps to morning breakfast,basically common sandwich recipe prepared in India, it is prepared with vegetable stuffing placed   between tow slice of breads.

Simple vegetable sandwich is eat in your breakfast and snacks time, veg sandwich recipe is made without oven and grill today im using to make it pan, this is a simple and easy method.

I used to make it very simple ingredients its also easily available in your pantry.

INGREDIENTS:

Onion – 2 numbers chopped
Tomatoes – 1 number sliced
Carrot – 1 big size grated
Potato – 1 big size grated
Cabbage – few amount grated
Green chilli – 1 number siced
Curry leaves
Garam masala  -1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½  tsp
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 4 tsp
Sweet bread
Water to needed
PROCEDURE :

Step: 1 first we make a masala to placed between two bread slices.

Step: 2 take a pan put oil then oil became heat add chopped onion .

Step: 3 then sauté well onion brown colour.

Step: 4 then add ginger garlic paste sauté well to remove a raw smell of ginger garlic paste.

Step: 5 then add sliced tomatoes smash well.

Step: 6 then add green chilli.

Step: 7 then add curry leaves to flavour .

Step: 8 then add a vegetables one by one like carrot, potato, cabbage.

Step: 9 add salt to taste .

Step: 10 cover and cook vegetables few mints and add few drops of water or sprinkled water.

Step:11 after cooking vegetables add turmeric powder, chilli powder, and garam masala one bye one.

Step: 12 mix garam masala to remove raw smell, stuffing is ready.

Step: 13 take pan put drop of oil then placed bread slices and toast it both sides brown colour.

Step: 14 take 1 bread slice and spread 2 tsp of masalas and again placed bread sliced top of the stuffing ok done.

Step: 15 bread sandwiches is ready to serve.

Bread sandwich is ready to serve.
