this is evening time energy rich recipe,, also make this recipe for breakfast,,
this recipe today i m making dough of rice flour and rice flour dough
easy to make,, today i m make sweet Ela Ada, if you want to make spice to
stuffed,, it is a Kerala Traditional dish, this recipe also called steamed pan Cake,
Ellai Appam, Illai Adai Or Illai Ada Appam, this recipe you can also try wheat Flopur,
Maidha, Pagi flour and rice flour, also try this recipe savoury flour using
species like samosa stuffing.
If banana leaf is not available, you can use parchment paper or
aluminium foil its also well baked. This recipe is my favourite, especial
my grandma Ela Ada, I miss so much her, when I go to every vocation
she make that Ela Ada for me i remembered that now.
In South Indian are also make a type of recipe modak like Kollukatai
with a stuffing of purana with grated coconut this recipe Kolukatai is make a
festival time of Vinayagar Chathurthi or also called Ganesh Chathurthi.
Ingredients for dough
Wheat Flour - 2 Cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste - added dough

Stuffed ingredients :
Jangry - 1/2 kg
Cardamom - 2 number crushed
Grated coconut - 1 shell
Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp

Procedure :
1st take a idly pot
put a water steam a side,, then take a mixing bowl add a wheat flour and rice
flour add salt mix gently then add a water to mix a semi moist consistence,
then take a other mixing bowl put a janngry,, jeeras powder,, grater
coconut, cardamom, take a banana leaf cut in to a 4 picas life a a4
sheet size,, then put a dough into a banana leaf flat a dough round shape
using your hands,, then spread a filling fold a leaf,, then placed a
leaf one by one into a idly pot close a lid steam for 15 mints,, after 15
mints take a healthy tasty Ela Ada is ready to serve.

THEN TAKE A BIG SIZE PART OF DOUGH AND FLAT IT IN USING IN YOUR FINGER
IN A ONE SIDE OF DOUGH FILLED WITH A COCONUT AND JAGGERY FILLING THEN CLOSE A LEAF
