EGG POTATO KURUMA
INGREDIENTS:
It’s a simple and
easy gravy, in my school days hurry burry time my mom make a curry for lunch
box, it also best combination of chappathi, breakfast also same
recipe like lunch and breakfast, protein rich curry, good for children's
and also working people it’s also called aloo patato curry, this is a simple
recipe for beginners, you can make this dry curry, this is mild specify
curry using with few.
INGREDIENTS.
EGG BOILING METHOD FOR BEGINERS:
If refrigerated
always egg bring to room temperature, wash egg and put boil egg low flame ,
when water became hot increase a flame medium at the boiling time shell are
breaking cover it aside at 5 to 7 mines then remove a shell in running water or
a bowl of water .
INGREDIENTS:
1. ONION-2 NUMBERS
2. TOMATO-2 NUMBERS
3. COCONUT-1/2 SHELL
4. GINGER GARLIC PASTE-1
TSP
5. SALT TO TASTE
6. BOILED POTATO- 4 NUMBERS
7. BOILED EGG- 5 NUMBERS
8. TURMERIC POWDER-1/4 TSP
9. CHILLY POWDER-2 TSP
10. CORIANDER POWDER- 1 TSP
11. OIL- 2 TSP
12. SOMBU-1 TSP
PROCEDURE:
Take a pan pour
a oil, then add a onion, tomato, curry leaves, saute well, then add a chilly
powder ,coriander powder, and turmeric powder mix well to remove a raw smell then
add a blend ginger garlic, sombu and coconut and blend a thick paste then add a
pate min a gravy mix well pour a water into a gravy water came a
boiled consistence add a salt to taste and add a boiled egg and potato put
a coriander leaves, gravy/kuruma is ready to serve idly, dosa, poori, chapatti,
idiyappam, and white rice, if you want to skip egg you can cook this recipe
only poatato its gove a amazing taste, you are also name the recipe potato egg
gravy, egg kuruma, egg curry, also use coconut milk it give a super taste a
gravy, another method is you also boil and cut egg and fry it a masala
then add gravy this is one method but today I’m using only boil eggs directly
put on it gravy, let’s go to start.
PICTORIAL:
Take 1 to 12 small onion and cut it small pices, take 2 tomato sliced, and curry leaves
Boil 5 egg and 1/2 kg of potato cut cube
Take 1/2 shell of coconut and grated it then take a blender put a grated coconut Ginger, Garlic, And Sombu
Thick Paste and add little bit of water
Take a pan pour a oil
when oil became the oil heat add a onion saute well.
ADD CURRY LEAVES
ADD sliced tomato and smash it gravy consistency
Add turmeric powder, garm masala and home made chilli powder mix well to remove a raw smell of masala.
Add coconut mixture saute
well
Add water became boiled
add egg and potato
Gravy
is ready to serve with white rice, chapathi, poori idly and dosa and jeera rice
and iddiyappam.
