Chola poori



Chola poori recipe with step by step photos, it is most popular Punjabi  recipe, which is now liked almost over all India and aboard.

In Tamilnadu one of the most favourite and popular recipe chola poori  is served  breakfast, lunch and dinner in some restaurants.

In restaurant, bhatura are huge in size, it is became used huge pan and used lot of oil,it is difficult to have same in our house, but taste and fluffiness is same like that, so don’t worry about it size.

Best combination of this recipe served with chole masala or channa masala.

INGREDIENTS:

Maida – 500mg
Rava – 4 tsp
Curd –4 tsp
Suger-2 tsp
Salt -2tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Oil for frying requirement
Water needed to make soft dough

TIME :
Resting time: 2 hours
Cooking time: 15 mints


PROCEDURE:

STEP:1 Take 500 mg of Maida .

STEP: 2 add 2 tsp of sugar.

Step: 3 add 2 tsp of salt.

Step: 4 add 4 tsp of curd.

Step: 5 then add 4 tsp of oil.

Step: 6 add 4 tsp of curd.

Step: 7 add ¼ tsp of baking soda.

Step: 8 mix well all ingredients evenly.

Step: 9 and add water to mix dough consistency.

Step: 10 then spread 1 tsp of oil surface of dough.

Step: 11 then closed dough with cotton cloth and rest it for 2 hours.

Step: 12 after 2 hour take oil and pour oil for fring and heat it .

Step: 13 take dough make small balls and dust flour to make flat  round shape.

Step: 14 make all bhature round shape, one by one.

Step; 15 then put poori or bhature into a hot oil and cook both sides fry it fluffy and golden colour.

Step:16 chola poori is ready to serve .

NOTES:

If you want soft and fluffy poori you can maintain heat of oil always high and also absorbed low amount of oil.

PICTOPRIAL:



 Take 500 mg of Maida.
