GOBI MASALA / GOBI SABZI

Cauliflower is one of the favourite vegetable of winter for a spicy alternative, semi dry popular vegetarian recipe with a best pair of roti and rice.

If you want change the taste, you can skip flavour of ginger and garlic.  You can also used this recipe morning breakfast or lunch menu or dinner.

It is a taste and simple dish to make delicious and the ingredients are readily available

It’s also called gobi sabzi, gobi gravy, gobi masala, gobi curry
You can also used the combination of vegetates like paneer, green peas, potato.

This is energy rich food and also has a high level of vitamin c and it also has manganese, minerals and antioxidants and flavonoids.

Serve this recipe best pair of dosa, roti, chappathi, poori, paratha, plain rice and jeera rice or ghee rice, Let’s go to start.

INGREDIENTS:

·       Chopped onion -4 big size
·       Tomato sliced -3 numbers
·       Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
·       Green chili – 1 number
·       Salt to taste
·       Cauliflower –1 medium size
·       Homemade chili powder -2 tsp
·       Garm masala – ½ tsp
·       Coriander powder – ¼ tsp
·       Kashmir chili powder -1/2 tsp
·       Oil -3 tsp
·       Mustard seed – ¼ tsp
·       Water to needed
·       Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
     Funnel seeds


 PROCEDURE:

Step 1: take a cauliflower cut on to small pieces put boil water and add salt and turmeric powder you can do it to remove small naked insects and warm

Step 2: Take pan put oil then oil became heat add mustard seeds and ginger garlic paste

Step 3: Then add chopped onion and green chill sauté to turn pink color

Step 4: then add sliced tomato and mix tomatoes smash it gravy consistency

Step 5: then add a chili powder and garam masala and coriander powder and homemade curry powder

Step 6: and add water to needed if you wand curry consistence add more amount of water and if you want gravy consistence add less amount of water

Stet 7: then add cooked cauliflower and mix well

Step 8: add salt to taste

Step 9: then add transfer serving plate

Step 10: sprinkled coriander leaves and serve.

THEN ADD OIL ANOTHER PAN OIL BECAME HEAT ADD MUSTARD SEED AND FUNNEL SEED


THEN ADD SLICED ONION SAUTE WELL


THEN ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE


AND ADD TOMATO SMASHED WELL


ADD SALT TO TASTE


 THEN ADD SPICES


ADD WATER IT’S BECAME BOIL ADD CAULIFLOWER, MIX WELL INTO A GRAVY CONSISTENCY
