BREAD EGG UPMA
It is a simple recipe, easy to make, this recipe is used to break fast and evening time healthy snacks, simple recipe its also gave a protein, i m used easily got spices in our home, preparation time is short,only use spices at home. There is no need to buy stores. Just take it because we are doing it with bread. Also take homemade ingredients such as tomatoes, onions and garam masala. I have placed those objects under the table.when relatives came suddenly you can make this recipe with in ten minutes, its also used to make this recipe weekly one day snack box recipe in your kids, if you want to add non-veg meat in the same recipe included chicken, you can used only cooked chicken in the end of the chicken 65 cut into small pieces and add mix one time low flame and serve, in this recipe also called bread egg fry, fried bread, bread masala egg, lets go to start.
INGREDIENTS:
1.Onion 2 numbers
2.Tomato 1 number
3.Green Chilly 1 sliced
4.Egg 2 number
5.Curry leaves
6.Garam masala 1 tspn
7.Salt to taste
8.Bread 6 to 8 pieces
9.Oil 3 tsp
PROCEDURE:
You can start cooking now. Put the pan on the stove and place a quail in them. When they are hot. Pour three tsp oil then oil became heat Add the onions and saute well but were cut into small pieces. then add some curry leafs and one sliced green chilli, fry well two mints, Saut until well golden. then add one number of sliced tomato and mix well to gravy consistency, then add little garam masala for sauté remove raw smell, then add two egg mixed well and cook it, then add crushed bread 6 to 8 pieces mix well, Add salt as needed, Bread Egg Upma is ready to serve. if you want to skip the egg in this recipe cook with out egg, you can replace leguminous. serve this recipe ketchup and tomato sauce, you can use ten beard slices in this recipes four to five members eat full fill.

Take a pan put three tsp oil then add a chopped onion saute well until golden color
Then add one number fine chopped green chilly
And add curry leaves, Add as much as needed
Saute mix few mints
Then add a well-chopped tomato
Bake 6 to 8 breads crushed small pieces
Add salt to taste, Add as much as needed
Add garam masala to remove a raw smell
Then add a bread mix well
Add Two eggs
Mix cook the egg
Bread egg upma is ready to serve
