This is a lunch menu recipe, makes to using vegetables, spice rice,, energy rich recipe, let’s go to start.

INGREDIENTS:

1.      ONION - 3 NUMBERS
2.      TOMATO - 4 NUMBERS
3.      GINGER GARLIC PASTE 2 TSP
4.      BEANS - 1/4 KG
5.      CARROT - 1/4 KG
6.      POTATO - 2 NUMBERS
7.      GREEN CHILLY - 1 NUMBERS
8.      MINT AND CORIANDER LEAF
9.      CURD - 1/4 CUP
10.  LEMON JUICE - 4 TSP
11.  KASMIR CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP
12.  BIRIYANI POWDER -3 TSP
13.  RED FOOD COLOR - OPTIONAL
14.  SALT TO TASTE
15.  RICE - 2 CUP
16.  WATER - 5 CUP
17.  GHEE - 2 TSP
18.  FUNEL SEED - 1/4 TSP


PROCEDURE:


Take a pan put a oil add a funnel seed, then add a sliced onion sauté well, then add a ginger garlic paste saute to remove a raw smell,, then add a tomato mix smash well, then add a mint and coriander leaves it give a aroma and flavor,, then add a cut carrot, beans, and potato cook well add salt easy to cook veg for 5 mints,, then after cooking of vegetables then add a masalas like biriyani powder, red chilly powder mix to remove a raw smell, then add a curd mix gently then add a water  measurement of water is 2:1,, if you add a 1cup rice you are add 2 cup of water,, today im take a 2 cup of rice i m add a 4cup of water,, and add a extra 1 cup of water for vegetables,, then if you want a food color you are add it is only optional, Water became a boil consistence add a rice,, after 20 mints rice cook then add a lemon juice mix gently,, 80 rice cooked set a Dum,, take a iron dosa thava maintain medium flame then place a pot in dosa thava,, above a thava place weight,, after 10 mints 100 of rice cooked,, veg biriyani is ready to serve.

TAKE A PAN PUT A OIL THEN ADD FUNEL SEED


THEN ADD A ONION AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE SAUTE WELL


THEN ADD A TOMATO

 

SMASH TOMATO AND ADD MINT AND CORIENDER LEV


THEN ADD A WASHED VEGETABLES


SAUTE WELL


ADD SALT ITS HELP TO COOK VEG EASY 


THEN ADD MASALAS


MIX WELL TO REMOVE RAW SMELL


THEN ADD A FOOD COLOR ITS OPTIONAL IF U WANT TO ADD IT


SQUASH A 1/2 LEMON JUICE


ADD WATER 5 CUP OF WATER


WATER BECAME A BOIL CONSISTENCE


THEN ADD A RICE 


RICE COOK 80% ADD LEMON JUICE


THEN ADD GHEE


DHUM A POT FOR 10MINTS RICE COOK 100%
