EGG BHURJI




This is a side-dish recipe,, savory scrambled egg in  the Indian way,, served side dish of rotti, nan and pav, bread, white rice, dosa,, chappathi, very easy and simple recipe to making,, if you want no spice add a pinch of pepper,, and milk mix few mints egg became a scramble in texture this is another method.

Egg bhurgi is Indian style spicy scambled egg, this is also called anta bhurgi in Hindi anta means egg,  brugi translated to  scrambled, this Indian style of scrambled.

 egg is very popular in the region of India.

this is the popular street food.

I used green chili if you want to add dry red chilies

Then and also used south Indian flavored curry leaves, its give a good flovred.

If you want to fluffy you egg adds few amount of milk but im not add milk.


Usually im used tomatoes for this recipe if you want to add lime juice after switch of stove.

i make this egg bhuggi weekly twise .

i make this for breakfast with bread or lunch aor dinner.

if you want to add vegitables like carrot, beans, capsicum....

but i dont like add vegges on my burgi but my husby like that so we make weekly one day with vegs, another without veges.



INGREDIENTS:

1.      EGG - 4 NUMBERS
2.      CHOPED ONION - 3 NUMBERS
3.      TOMATO - 2 NUMBER CHOPPED
4.      SALT TO TASTE
5.      TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP
6.      CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP
7.      GARM MASALA - 1/2 TSP
8.      PEPPER AND CUMIN POWDER - 1/2 TSP
9.      GARLIC  - 4 NUMBERS CHOPPED
10.  OIL - 3 TSP

PROCEDURE:


STEP:1 Take a pan put oil then add a chopped onion and garlic.
STEP:2 then saute well,, onion became a brown in colour,, 
STEP:3 then add a tomato saute to smash .
STEP:4 then add a spice one by one then add a salt to taste,,
STEP:5 add a egg mix gently,
 STEP:6 mix well egg bhurji is ready to serve.

PREPARATION TIME : 10 MINUTESCOOKING TIME : 10 MINSSERVE: 2 TO 3
