This is a one of a dinner recipe,, it’s a healthy one for paratha eaters,, in hotels to make a paratha dough making with a refind oil and refined wheat (maidha) its a very bad to our health,,  try this paratha in your home it taste was amazing, and also healthy we are make it a  lachha paratha its very easiest recipe and famous also,its similar to Kerala parathea but its taste is different  also lachha paratha is good digestion to compaared all paratha whole wheat flour, its also callled north indian flat bread,in many time im ordered maidha parota then some days im skip it healthy and diet conscious, but i love paratha so before ieat monthly 4 time then a avoiding time i missed it lot then i make a lachha paratha with a healp of my friend is very tasty and i male it every month a 4 times, it’s just melted on mouth and crispy also  then it’s so tasty when a remembered like kid  lets go to start.


INGREDIENTS:

1.     WHEAT FLOUR -250 GRAM
2.     SALT TO TASTE
3.     HOT WATER
4.     OIL - 2 TSP

PROCEDURE:

 Take a basin to put a wheat flour, then add a salt mix evenly, then add a water mix slowly to make a dough, then add a oil its make a dough soft,, then rest a dough for 1 hour to 4 hour depending on time you have,, after 4 hour then take a small ball,, then roll it a flat and round in shape, then add a oil or ghee apply a flat paradha,,then dust a flour make a fleats and roll into round,,rest it for 15 mints,, after 15mints again roll a paratha  round shape,, heat a pan put a paratha and add a oil cook both side golden colour, lachha paratha is ready to serve. this paratha is served with curry like dhum aloo curry, mutton gravy, chicken curry, egg curry,  multilayered shallow fried north Indian bread , today I’m using oil you can also used to ghee or butter its give a special taste paratha.

TAKE A FLOUR ADD A OIL, HOT WATER AND SALT, CUP OF WARM MILK  TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH REST IT FOR A 4 HOUR THEN MAKE IT A SMALL BALLS




TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH AND SPREAD A FLOUR ON SURFACE THEN PLCE A DOUGH AND FLAT IT THIN 


THEN PUT A OIL AND BRUSH IT SPREAD ALL OVER OF THE SIDE  




THEN THEN SPRINKLE A DOUGH 


THEN MAKE A FLEATS AND DO IT SLOW AND GENTLY


MAKE A LOT OF FLEATS ITS BECOME A PARATHA LOT OF LAYERED AND FLOFY 


THEN ROLL IT 

THEN BRUSH AOIL


AGAIN DUST A FLOUR ITS MAKE A LAYER YOUR PARATHA


THEN ROLL IT FLATER


PLACE A PARATHA HEAT PAN 


ADD OIL TO COOK A BOTH SIDE GOLDEN COLOR




Soft lachha paratha or wheat paratha is ready to serve. In this paratha maked to a wheat its so for good health. and making easy in hotels is lot of process making of paratha but simply and easy to make try this recipe in your home all is well, live a healthy, wealthy life.
