TANGY TOMATO



This is one of the simply recipe, easy to make, some time we are thinking what is a cooking today usually we make a sambar, vegetable rice, and pulikulambu, weekly one day rest to make a simple recipe, preparation time is so short, this is a combination of idly, dosa, and white rice, let’s go to start.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1.     OIL - 3 TSP
    2.     TOMATO - 4 NUMBERS
    3.     DRY RED CHILLY - 3 NUMBERRS
    4.     SALT TO TASTE 
    5.     TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP
    6.     MUSTARD 
    7.     CUMIN SEED
    8.     CURRY LEAVES
PROCEDURE:

Take a pan put a oil to add a mustard and cumin seed dry red chilly then add a tomato to mix a gravy consistence to add a salt to taste, then add a turmeric powder mix to remove a raw smell, then add a water boiled few mints, then switch of a stove to serve it.
