 STAR GOOSEBERRY PICKLE




This is a pickle recipe, this is tangle in taste, pickle make your taste bud salty, spicy, tangy in taste, in a village side people to take a pickle afternoon lunch so daily take a 1 gooseberry is a very healthy and its give a lots of medicinal uses, our village people don’t waste it to make and store it for a few months, lets go to start to make a pickle.

INGREDIENTS:


1.     GOOSEBERRY- 1/2 KG
2.     OIL- 4 TSP
3.     SALT TO TASTE
4.     RED CHILLY POWDER- 3 TO 4 TSP
5.     CURRY LEAVES
6.     MUSTARD - 1 TSP
7.     MEATHI SEED - 1/2 TSP
8.     ASAFODITA - 1 TSP


PROCEDURE:


Step 1: Take a star goose berry to soak for it 3 days with salt

Step 2: After 3 days goose berry observe a salt to became a juice soft to saint a excess of water in goose barb

Step 3: Then take a pan pour same to add a mustard, meathiu seed, asafodita, and curry leaves and add a red chilli powder

Step 4: Then add a goose berry

Step 5: Mix well swath of a stove, and serve


 This is a best combination of curd rice, tomato rice, and sambar satham.
