CHAMANDHI
This is a side dish recipe, easy to make, simple recipe,, this is
called chamanthi in Kerala,, in Tamilnadu its called thuvaiyal name was
differed in a same recipe, make your work very very easy and simple, lots of
time we go to a temple we take this puliotharai and chamandhi, preparation
time is 10 mints, let’s go to start.
INGREDIENTS:
SMALL ONION - 4
NUMBERS
COCONUT - 1/2
SHELL
GINGER - 1 PIECE
GARLIC - 3 NUMBERS
TARMARIND - 1
PINCH
DRY RED CHILLY - 4
NUMBERS
SALT TO TASTE
CURRY LEAVES
OIL - 2 TSP
PROCEDURE:
Take
a firing pan add a coconut, garlic, ginger, dry red chilli, curry leaves, tamarind,
to dry roast a in all ingredients golden brown in color,, then take a mixer
blender to blend a ingredients smooth and thick paste then add a salt to taste
and blend it one time,, don’t add a water, transfer a plate its ready to serve.

TAKE A RED CHILLY, GARLIC, GINGER, SMALL ONION, TARMARIND
TAKE A SLICED COCONUT
TAKE A PAN DRY ROAST
THEN ADD A ALL INGREDIENTS ONE BY ONE TO DRY ROAST
THEN BLEND A ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER
FINALLY ADD A CURRY LEAVER AND SMALL ONION BLEND IT SMOOTH AND THICK PASTE CONSISTENCE
