It is
a one of the Kerala dish, combination of white rice, easy to make, lately added
spice, make to using yam and let’s go to start.
INGREDIANTS:
1.
SMALL ONION-5 TO 6 NUMBERS

COCONUT - 1/2 SHELL
3.
YAM- 1/4 KG
4.
DRY RED CHILLY- 5 NUMBERS
5.
SALT TO TASTE
6.
CURRY LEAVES
7.
TURMERIC POWDER-1/2 TSP
8.
TARMARIND- SMALL GOOSEBERRY SIZE
9.
CUMIN SEED- 1/4 TSP
10. COCONUT
OIL-2 TSP
11. GRATED
COCONUT-1 TSP
PROCEDURE:
BLENDER INGREDIENTS:
Ø Take a
mixer blender add a grated coconut
Ø Cumin seed
and 2 red chilly to grind it for a thick paste to add water,
Ø Then add a
small onion grind well.
CURRY MAKING:
- Take a yam cut in to a small cube pieces
- Washed well then add a yam into a pot
- Then add turmeric powder boil to cook 10 mints
- Then add blended paste mix well,, its form a foam consistence then became boil consistence then switch off a stove
- Take a another frying pan add coconut oil then add a red dry chilly, 1 tsp of grated coconut curry leaves pour a thalism oil into a curry,
- Add salt to taste mix well.

TAKE A GRATED COCONUT,CUMIN SEED, SMALL ONION,DRY RED CHILLY
ADD A GRINDER INGREDIENTS TO BLENDER
MAKE A THICK PASTE TO ADD A SMALL ONION
THEN ADD A TAMARIND TO GRIND WELL
TAKE A POT TO ADD A SMALL CUBED CUT YAM and TURMERIC POWDER COOK WELL
THEN ADD A COCONUT PASTE WITH YAM
MIX WELL
THEN ADD A WATER,AND SALT TO TASTE
TAKE A FRYING PAN POUR A COCONUT OIL
ADD A CURRY LEAVE,GRATED COCONUT,AND RED CHILLY MIX BROWN IN COLOR
THEN POUR A MIXTURE WITH
CURRY MIX WELL
YAM ERISERI IS READY TO SERVE.
