It is a one of the famous curry in Kerala,, its also called kadalakari / chenna masala / sundal kulambu ,this is a best combination of appam, dosa, chappathi, poori, iddiyappam, white rice, protein rich recipe for help to growing to children’s ,try this recipe to make in your house twice a week its make your family healthy,  let’s go to start.

INCREDIENTS:

1.     CHENNA DHAL - 1/2 KG
2.     SMALL ONION- 6 TO 7 NUMBER
3.     BIG ONION - 2 NUMBER
4.     TOMATO-1 NUMBER
5.     GINGER GARLIC PASTE
6.     COCONUT -CUT SMALL PICS (OPTIONAL)
7.     CHILLY POWDER-  3 TSP
8.     CORIANDER POWDER- 2 TSP
9.     TURMERIC POWDER- 1/2 TSP
10. SALT TO TASTE
11. COCONUT OIL-  2 TSP.

PROCEDURE:

Ø Take  chenna dhal to am using white chenna to soak water for 5 to 6 hour

Ø Then drain it to wash well

Ø Then take cooker pour coconut oil

Ø Then add  ginger garlic paste saute well removing raw smell

Ø Then add  onion curry leaves to cook brown in color

Ø Then add  tomato smash well

Ø Next we add  masalas cooked for 2 mints

Ø Then add chenna dhal

Ø And add  water

Ø Close  cooker lid placed a whistle to wait for 4 whistle

Ø Then realize  pressure open a lid

Ø Boil for few mints Kerala curry is ready to serve.

TAKE A PAN TO PUT A OIL ADD A GINGER GARLIC PASTE SAUTE WELL


THEN ADD A ONION


MIX WELL


THEN ADD A COCONUT PIECE AND CORIANDER LEAVES


THEN ADD A TOMATO SMASH WELL


AND ADD A MASALAS


THEN ADD A CHENNA DHAL



MIX WELL FEW MINTS TO REMOVE A RAW SMELL 
AND ADD A WATER, CLOSE A COOKER WHISTLE,,WAIT FOR BECAME 4 WHISTLE


AFTER OPEN LID TO BOIL FEW MINTS 


KADALAI KARI IS READY TO SERVE.
