MINI MASAL VADAI


This is a south Indian snack recipe, masala and spice recipe, easy to make, simply we got a ingredients using, best combination with tea,,in a rainy season make this recipe to eat a hot and churnchy its a best time to eat we are thinking in our mind, it is a special snack recipe for pooja time in all our home.

INGREDIENTS:

1.      GRAM DHALL - 1/4 KG
2.      ONION-4 NUMBERS FINELY CHOPPED
3.      GREEA CHILLY -3 NUMBERS
4.      GINGER- 1SMALL PIECE TO CHOPPED
5.      CURRY LEAVES,CORIANDER LEAVES--CHOPED WELL
6.      SALT TO TASTE 
7.      OIL -1/2 LITTER
8.      SOMBU-1 TSP

PROCEDURE:


·       Take gram dhal soaked water at four hours,

·       After 4 hours take dhall to add a blender to blend it a fine paste without adding water,

·       Then transfer a dhal paste in a mixing vessel,,

·       Then add a salt, ginger, onion, coriander and curry leafs, sombu and mix well

·       Then take a firing pan pour a oil 

·       Wait few mints oil became a heat

·       Then take dhal in small balls in your hand 

·       Then ball is press gently to make a flat and round shape 

·       Put it on heat oil frying and  golden color 

Mini masal vadai is ready to serve

TAKE A SOAKED GRAMDHALL TO BLEND IT THICK PASTE


TAKE CHOPPED ONION,GINGER,CURRY LEAVES,CORIANDER LEAFS,SOMBU


ADD A INGREDIENTS IN GRAM DHALL


THEN ADD A SALT TO TASTE


MIX WELL


MAKE A SMALL BALL SHAPE


THEN GENTELY PRESS A BALLS FLAT AND ROUND SHAPE


PUT A FLAT BATTERS IN A OIL FRY GOLDEN COLOR

HOT MINI MASAL VADA IS READY TO SERVE
