VENDAIKAI KARAKULAMBU

This is a one on the south Indian curry,its also called tamarind kulambu, easy to make, preparation time is 20 mints,spice and tamarind in taste, lets go to start.

INGREDIENTS:

1.         OIL- 2 TSP

2.         ONION- 3 SLICED

3.         TOMATO- 3 NUMBERS

4.         CURRY LEAVES- FULL HAND

5.         LADIES FINGER- 1/4 KG

6.         MUSTARD- 1/4 TSP

7.         MEATHI SEED- 1/4 TSP

8.         TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP

9.         CHILLY POWDER-2 TSP

10.      CORIANDER POWDER- 1 TSP

11.      SALT TO TASTE

12.      TAMARIND- 1 SMALL LEMON SIZE

PROCEDURE:
 pour oil into a pan. when oil heat to add  mustard and meathi seed, Then add  curry leaves, and then add onion saute well onion became little bit of brown in colour, Then add  tomato mix well tomato became a smash gravy consistence then add ladies finger/vendaikai mix only one time mix again continuously because a ladies finger became sticky and gel consistence then  add  turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander add salt to taste, still mix masalas to remove  smell.pour  tamarind water into curry, then boil curry 10 mints,, vendaikai karakulambu is ready to serve white rice. 

PICTORIAL:



Pour oil into a pan



When oil heat add a mustard and meathi seeds



Add sliced onion saute well



Add a curry leaves



Onion became a brown in color



Add tomato 



Cook well smashed tomato



Add ladies finger cook well



Add masalas



Remove masalas  raw smell then add a tamarind juice



Curry became a boiled consistenc



vendaikai karakulambu is ready to serve
