RED TOMATO SPICE CHUTNEY



    
    This recipe is accompany south Indian dish  breakfast like  idly ,dosa, pongal, rava idly, and any snacks this is a breakfast side dish recipe, easy to make,, its attract children because of its colour, in a south Indian hotel serve to a 2 type of chutneys, coconut chutney and tomato chutney,, serve to a idly and dosa,, if you want to add a grated coconut,, today I’m make this recipe without coconut,, our meal is incomplete without chutney vegan easy to make, used basic ingredients mild spicy and refrigerated at one week , you can also add peanut is very special taste , in a marriage and reception of south Indian dinner and also morning breakfast idly chutney is a one of the main dish and serve with medhu vada, or ulundha vadai, in my school days every Saturday is my breakfast and lunch menu is idly or dosa or chapatti with tomato  chutney, i remember that day,  share with my friends and eat my lunch its my friends favorite also lets go to start

INGREDIENTS:

1.      ONION - 2 NUMBERS
2.      TOMATO - 2 NUMBERS
3.      DRY RED CHILLY - 4 NUMBERS
4.      GARLIC - 1 PIECES
5.      MUSTARD - 1/4 TSP
6.      CURRY LEAVES
7.      TURMARIND - SMALL PIECE
8.      SALT TO TASTE
9.      OIL - 2 TSP

PROCEDURE:

Take a frying pan put a oil  add a dry red chilli and tamarind and garlic, then add a onion sauté well onion became a brown in color, then add a tomato smashed it, switch of a stove levee its became a room temperature,, take a mixer blended add a sautéed items blend  a paste consistence,, then take a same pan heat to put a oil and add a mustard and curry leaves to put a blended paste sauté well, then add a salt and water,, boil to few mints, tomato chutney is ready to serve.

STEP 1: TAKE  2 BIG ONION SLICED  4 PIECES OF RED CHILLY, 1 OR 2 PIECE OF GARLIC, 3 SLICED TOMATO, SMALL PINCH OF TAMARIND,CURRY LEAVER,MUSTARD SEED AND SALT 


STEP 2: TAKE A PAN THEN PAN BECAME HEAT AND ADD OIL 


 STEP 3: THEN  SLOW FLAME SAUTE RED CHILLY, GARLIC, and TARMARIND

STEP 4: THEN ADD SLICED ONION


STEP 5: SAUTE WELL AND IT CHANGE IT COLOU LITTLE BIT OF BROWN OR PINK 


STEP 6: ADD SLICED TOMATO 


STEP 7: MIX CONTINUOUSLY AND ADD PINCH OF SALT AND SMASH IT GRAVY CONSISTENCY 


STEP 8: TAKE A MIXER BLENDER AND ADD A SAUTE MIXTURE AND BLEND IT A THICK PASTE  NO ADDED WATER  


STEP 9: TAKE A PAN AND HEAT IT THEN ADD OIL AND PUT MUSTARD SEED ITS BECAME BROKEN THEN ADD CURRY LEAVES 


STEP 10: AND PUT BLENDED TOMATO PASTE AND MIX WELL 


STEP 11:ADD WATER AND SALT ITS BECAME A BOIL LITTLE BIT


TOMATO CHUTNEY IS READY TO SERVE
