Pazham pori is famous kerala snack recipe made with ripe banana, sliced banana are dipped in an all-purpose flour batter then deep fried.

Banana used to prepare pazham pori are nentram pazham, variety of long banana, these banana are also used to crispy nenthram chips. this banana cips stored more than 20 days.

In India south side not available these variety of banana when ever my parents go to kerala sometimes buy this banana.

This is a snack recipe,, using banana fruit,, its a Kerala snack,, its also called eathaika appam,, ethaikai bajji,, eathapazham appam,... This a sweet in taste, inner portion, outer portion dippen to a batter and deep fry, this a one method, another method is like a cut a banana and filled stuffing like nuts and fruits it called pazham neraichadhu, to im go to make pazham pori, make a long shape today we make it a round shape,  this is a weight gain food healthy recipe, don’t eat it continuously for a diet people, good for children’s health snacks box recipe enjoy your tea time, lets go to start.

INGREDIENTS:

1.     ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- WHEAT FLOUR 4 TSP
2.     SUGAR- 2 TSP
3.     CUMIN SEED- 1/4 TSP
4.     PINCH OF SALT
5.     OIL FOR DEEP FRY
6.     PINCH OF BAKING SODA
7.     BANANA(EATHAPAZHAM)- 1 NUMBER

PROCEDURE:

step:1 Take a banana cut into a small round pieces.
step:2 take a mixing bowl and add a wheat flour, sugar, cumin seed, pinch of salt and baking soda.
step:3 then add a water to mix a semi solid consistence batter.
step:4 then take a pan put a oil to heat, then dip a banana.
step:5 put a dipped banana in a heat oil to deep-fry a banana golden brown in colour.
step:6 take a fried banana pazham pori is ready to serve.

TAKE A PAN PUT A OIL TO ASIDE TO HEAT.


TAKE A WHEAT FLOUR.


ADD A CUMIN SEED,PINCH OF SALT AND BAKING SODA.



ADD A SUGAR.



ONCE MIX .


ADD A WATER MIX A SEMI SOLID BATTER.


TAKE A PEEL OUT EATHAIKA BANANA.


CUT INTO A SMALL ROUND PIECES.


PUT A BANANA PIECE TO DIP A BATTER.



PUT A DIPPED BANANA  OIL FRIDE GOLDEN BROWN COLOR.

PAZHAM PORI IS READY TO SERVE.

If you want to recipe dry nuts is very healthy and tasty recipe, this method is called bazham neraichadhu.

Small changes between pazham pori and pazham neraichadhu.

Take same banana and small slice centre set aside.

Then take mixing bowl add grated coconut, sliced badam and cash nuts mix it with drop of honey  filling is ready.

Then filed filing centre of banana and dip same batter then fry it pazham neraichadhu is ready to serve.
