CRISTMAS SWEETCOCONUT MILK PAYASAM 


This is a sweet recipe, making very easy, in this recipe ingredient is also we got asusal using thinks, we are using jangiri for sweetness of a recipe its a healthy one,, we didn’t use sugar ,so it’s also best sweet recipe for sugar patient also eat and enjoy  to take this payasam,, coconut milk is healthy one to all younger and yielders,, this recipe method like a adapradhaman but im not using ada, I’m going to try this recipe vermisel and  pearled sago/jawarisi,, this recipe also make at oman time in kerala oman is not incompele with a recipe of ada prathaman, this is a creamy recipe let’s go to start


INGREADIENTS:

1.     PEARLED SAGO/JAWARISI-2 CUP
2.     VERMISEL/SEMIYA-1 PACKET
3.     JANGIRI/VELLAM-1 KG
4.     COCONUT MILK-3 CUP
5.     CASHNUT- 10 PICES
6.     DRY RASINS-5-10 PICES
7.     GHEE-3 TSP

PROCEDURE :


Take a granted coconut to add mixer blender mix water to make a fine paste

Then take a vessel top of the vessel placed 1 filter or cloth to pour a coconut paste to filter milk collect a 3 cup of milk.

Soak a soga hot water before 1 hour

After 1 hour take a soaked soga/jawarisi
Put a vessel add water to cook well soga became a transparent texture

Then take a pan add a ghee to put a cashew nut and resins became a golden brown in colour, at the same pan add a vermicelli roast for a few mints its became a golden brown in color

Then take a another pot to put a crushed jangiri add a water,after 10 mints janigi became a watery consistence,

Then add a coconut milk, boiled mix well

Then add a cooked soga in a jangiri liquid its make a thick consistence

Then add a vermicelli and cashew and rasins It makes a golden glitter of a dish, Then add a ghee

TAKE A GRATED COCONUT TO GRIND A PASTE


PUT A COCONUT PASTE TO FILTER


COLLECT A 3 CUP OF MILK


SOAK A SOGA/JAWARISI FOR BEFORE 1 HOUR


TAKE A ONTHER VESSEL TO COOK A SOGA TRANSPERENT TEXTURE


TAKE A POT TO ADD A JANGRI WITH WATER


JANGIRI BECAME A WATERY CONSISTENCE



THEN ADD A COCONUT MILK WITH JANGIRI WATER


ITS BECAME A CREAMY CONSISTENCE


THEN ADD A COOKED SOGA 


TAKE A FRYING PAN ADD A CASHEW NUT FRY GOLDEN COLOR


THEN FRY RASINS IN SAME PAN


SAME PAN ROAST A VERMICELLI


ADD A VERMICELLI IN MIX WELL


FINALLY ADD A CASHU AND RASIN


FINALLY COCONUT MILK PAYASAM IS READY TO SERVE


Ingredients add jaggery cardamom and raisen and cashewnut, ghee, its make mouthwatering  recipe. you can try this same recipe like rice ada, its delicious in tasteTry this recipe in your home, celebrate your Christmas and New Year this healthy sweet all is well, live a healthy wealthy life.

Notes :


 Color of the recipe like lite brown or dark brown is depend jaggery i used normal jaggery you usedd paaggu vellam you may get dark brown color the consistency of payasam is semi consistency after 2 to 3 hours automatically it became thick that time you add cooked hot milk and mix it, again its turn semi thicken consistency. you can add fried  raisens and cashew nut to put upper surface and serve its give a special attraction to eat.
