Pepper Rasam / Pepper soup

Take 2 tsp of pepper, 4 pieces of garlic,3 to 4 dry red chill, curry leaf, 1/2 tsp cumin seed








Take 2 tomato and tamarind soak 20 mints with cup of water, then smash it well






1/2 tsp of Asafodia powder







Take a pan put a oil then add mustard seed,cumin seed and garlic grind mixture and add turmeric powder, asafodita, dry chill,curry leaf mix well to remove a raw smell 






Then add a water and salt to taste  mix it after 10 mints its form a foam consistency then switch of a stove serve a rasam with sprinkles of coriander leaf.


INGREDIENTS:



1.     OIL -1 TSPN

2.      PEPER -2 TSPN

3.      CUMIN-1 TSPN

4.      GARLIC - 3 NUMBERS

5.      RED CHILLY- 2 NUMBERS

6.      ASAFODITA -1/4 TSPN

7.      TOMATO -2 NUMBERS

8.      SALT TO TASTE

9.      TURMERIC POWDER-1/2 TSPN

10.  TAMARIND- SMALL LEMON SIZE

11.     CURRY LEAVES

12.      MUSTARD -1/4 TSP 




PROCEDURE:



         Take mixer grinder to add grinding things like a garlic pepper, cumin seeds, turmeric powder take a grinding ingredients put  heat a  pan Pour a oil on pan to heat add put mustard seeds it broken add a grind paste to fry it for 2 mints saute it   1 tomato and tamarind in a 2 cup of waters  pour into  add a salt and asafodita mix well,  , switch of till became foam.
