Traditional Egg curry / Egg gravy 

Egg gravy it is a lunch menu, curry recipe, spicy and tasty recipe, serve with white rice, chapatti and poori, dosa, it is a protein rich food, easy to make, lunch box for office going peoples and children, if you want to prepare this recipe also using only potato, i make this today south Indian taste and add spices also that way, simple method, ingredients are easily got our home, i m use homemade masala in this recipe, homemade masala like dry red chilli, coriander seeds, cumin seed, full turmeric, rice, all a ingredients are dry roast aside but without roast red chilli, and turmeric, then give d rice mill and grind it powder form then cool it for 20 mints under a fan, then i transfer air tight container i m always used this masala each and every curry, a smell and taste was amazing and i store it for more than 2 months,  try this way masala powder grind friends lets go to start.



4 tomato cut into small slices


3 egg im using today country hen egg, you got this egg do this, or asusewell your used broiler hen egg use

1/4 tsp mustard seed, curry leaves,1/2 tsp funnel,2 green chilies sliced

1 tsp of ginger garlic paste


INGREDIENT MEASUREMENTS: 
                                   
  1. small onion -1/4kg
  2. tomato -3 numbers
  3. egg-3 numbers
  4. ginger garlic paste-1/2 tspn
  5. curry leaves
  6. mustard seed-1/4 tspn
  7. funnel-1/4 tspn
  8. coconut oil-2tspn
  9. salt to taste
  10. turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
  11. red chilly powder-1tspn
  12. green chilly-2 numbers
  13. garam masala-1/2tspn
PROCEDURE:

     Take a pan add a 2spn of coconut oil, then add a mustard seed then add sombu, add full hand of curry leaves, and green chilly then add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 mints to remove a raw smell, add a small onion fry for few mints its change became golden colour, add  tomato to came a gravy consistence then add salt, turmeric chilli powder gram masala, all the ingredients cook for few mint leaves for flavour  add a 2 cup of water, water became a boil consistence to add  egg one by one,cover the pan and cook well to add a coriander leaves for flavor  a tasty egg gravy  serve.



     Anyone who wants an egg can do it. It is a very good smell and very flavorful. Anyone who wants to cook very quickly can do this. People who go to work will come to the house and ask what to cook yes it can be done in such a way that it looks good to eat. I advised himto cook this when my husband cooks alone.










It was a one of the traditional curry,its go to very well for dosa, chappathi, parrota, rice,etc...  simply quick recipe.
