IDLY SAMBAR
Idly sambar
is a one of the famous Recipe for south Indian dish. It was a one of the non spices
recipe and pure vegetarian. it a best combination of idly, dosa, pongal, eat all type of ages like 6 to 60.
INGREDIENTS:
· Onion -1
sliced
· Tomato-2
numbers
· Oil-2tspn
· Green chilli-5
numbers
· Mustard
seed-1tspn
· Cumin
seed-1/2tspn
· Turmeric
powder-1/2tspn
· Curry
leaves
· Salt to
taste
· Tamarind-little
bit
· Sambar
powder-2tspn
· Asafodita-1/4tspn
· Moog
dhall-250gram
· Water-4cup
PROCEDURE:
Take a pan put
on stove, pour oil then add mustard, cumin curry leaves, onion and green
chilly one by one. All added ingredients saute for 2 mints then add a tomato frying well tomato came to smashed
add turmeric powder and sambar masala and salt to taste. Add little bit of tamarind add moog dhall then pour water. asafodita and mix well close cooker lid
still wait for 5 whistle realise a cooker whistle open lid to serve the sambar.
