You'r ghee prepared at home using cheese, its a simple and easy method, making time is 15 mints, taste buttery ghee we got at home monthly twice. Homemade tradition ingredients, when you make a ghee in your home at the time your home full of spread a ghee aroma, i learned several day year ago how to make ghee from dairy in my brothers friend home, ghee is a similar qualified butter, where all the milk solids are removed,ghee is the traditional south Indian food has been enjoyed a middle east and  Asia thousand of years, its also used to temples of India to light[vilaku], its also used to make Ayurveda and healing medicine,home made ghee dive a fragrant and richness of any dishes its don't burn to as easily as butter, also  i purchase store but also home made ghee is solidified at lowest temperature,this recipe make approximately three cup of ghee.

PREPARATION:

Take a full creamy milk and boiled well and a litter milk was cooled at temperature when a milk cooled the cheese layered are formed this is a important step we collect a cheese layer at 10 to 15 days then store a collected cheese layer refrigerator after 15 day take a cheese now lets go to start to make ghee take a thick pan pour a cheese mix well then it was melted it form foam consistence mix continuously then it form a dark brown sail consistence switch of a stove transfer a vessel to cool at room temperature a home made ghee ready.

Collect cheese at 15 days store in refrigerator


Take a thick pan


Pour a cheese in pan


Then a cheese was melted slow flame


Mix well


Its form a foam consistence


Then its form a sail brown consistence


We got a gold and shine, and aromatic fresh ghee


store it 4 to 6 month in refrigerator  and along.
