BABY FOOD FOR WEIGHT GAIN


It was a healthy food for baby, traditional food, easy to make, weight gaine recipe, it was make a broken red samba rice/broken samba matta rice/podi samba ari, easy to digest for baby, traditional baby food, when your go when ever  take a  this food best travel time, this rice powder we are store air tight container  for 3 weeks. 

INGREDIENTS:

1.     BROKEN RED SAMBA RICE- 2tsp

2.     PALM SUGAR /panan kalkandu-1tsp

3.     GHEE

 MAKING OF RICEPOWDER: 
Take a pan to put a 2 cup of broken red samba rice fry w to became a brown color, cool it for few mines then grind powder form, take powder to filter to give smooth powder with using of sleeves. 

PROCEDURE:
Take a bowl put a 2 tsp of rice powder then add a 1 tsp of palm sugar to add a 3/4 cup of water to mix well  bowl to mix a in slow flame its came a boiled consistence then became a semi solid consistence to add little bit of ghee mix well, then it form a non sticky consistence, its ready to serve.

PICTORIAL:



Take a mixing bowl


Broken red samba rice powder


Take a 2 tsp of rice powder


Put on a bowl


Take a 1 tsp of palm sugar


Add a palm sugar in rice powder


Then add a 3/4 cup of water mix well


 Put a bowl in a stove mix continuously on low flame
mix became a boiled consistence


Take a fresh ghee


Add a ghee


After add a ghee its became a thick consistence
its ready to serve for babies


Try it for your babies,  tried it  to give a best result for your babies, samba rice is so healthy, you cannot got a samba rice you may also use normal rice.
