MUTTON ROAST
Here delicious Kerala muttom roast spicy and tasty, onion
curry flavoured cumin seed and garam masala , combination with white
rice, roti, chappathi paroota, poori and appam , mutton roast is a tradition
kerala style with a flour of coconut oil and spicy, one of the cooked the
recipe because im could not eat the same thing everyday, last week i make
mutton roast and lacha paratha i make mutton rosat , its also called like
muuton thoran, muuton chukka, mutton gravy, muuton masala Kerala style
,in this type we used less oil compared with beep fry . After long time ago i
cooked mutton because of its fat, twise a week ago my husby buy fresh mutton so
i thing make mutton for roast so i search my old cookbook like a regular notes
ansd saw that to complot my sandy go very well, lot of recipes in mutton like
mutton chettinad curry, mutton deep fry, mutton kofftha, mutton chukka, mutton
ghee roast, garlic muttom also im try to share my future recipes, and also
share my mom special homemade masala.

PROCEDURE :
Take a bowl put
a mutton then add masalas like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt ginger
garlic paste and pour water cover a lid and placed whistle wait for 3 whistle, After
became 3 whistle to realise a pressure then open a lid Then take a another
pan pour coconut oil and put boiled mutton and fry well then add a curry leaves
anon onion saute well then add a chilli powder finally add a garam dhall powder
and pepper powder Mutton roast is ready to serve. This recipe is best made
with boneless mutton pieces, if you want more crispy mutton roast and add a lot
of oil, if you want soft texture put less amount of oil and cover cook.

Mutton roast/fry
Frying pan pour a coconut oil,add a curry leaves ,2numbers of chopped big onion,and add a 10 Numbers of small onion,ginger garlic paste
Mixwell cover a pan and cook a slow flame for 5to 6mints add salt to taste
Then add a 1/2of garam masala,1/4 of turmeric powder,1spoon
of kashmiri red chilli powder add a pinch of red food color it optional
only 1spoon of crushed pepper and garam dhall powder mix well fry for
15mits and remove the raw smell of masala switch of the stove
Mutton fry its ready to serve with dosa, poori, chappathi, paroota,
white rice, and also biriyani
