CHICKEN MINT GRAVY 


It is south Indian dish, add  flavor of mint leaf, feel mint juice chicken with a every bite, easy to make, preparation time is 25 mints, it a best combination of idly, dossa , chapatti , white rice, and also biriyani, let’s go to start.

INGREDIENTS: 

1.     ONION- 6 NUMBERS

2.     TOMATO- 5 NUMBERS

3.     MINT- 1 FULL HAND

4.     chicken- 1 kg

5.     GINGER GARLIC PASTE

6.     TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP

7.     GARAM  MASALA-  1 TSP

8.     CHILLY POWDER- 2 TSP

9.     CORIANDER POWDER-1 TSP

10.  SALT TO TASTE

PROCEDURE:

Take a pan add a oil oil became a heat to add sliced onion fry well, then add  ginger garlic paste mix  to remove  smell then add  tomato saute  became a gravy , then add  main ingredient of mint, mix well then add chicken  then mix two times then close pan with lid, after 5 mints open it its form  juice consistence and chicken change a color of pink to white then same method to cook  chicken after 5 mints then add a turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder mix well, then add a 2 cup of water and also add salt to taste. Close pan to cook few mints, gravy is ready to serve.

Take a pan add a oil then add a onion  saute well and add a ginger garlic paste


Then add a tomato mix gravy consistence


Then add a mint  mix well


Add a chicken cook well, then add a turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masale and coriander powder add 2 cup of water boiled well


Chicken mint gravy is ready to serve.
