KOVAIKAI FRY
This
is a side dish recipe for lunch in south Indian, easy to make, less preparation
time best combination of sambar, rasam, pulikulambu lemon rice, etc.........
INGREDIENTS:
KOVAIKAI-1/4KG
OIL-2TSPN
TURMARIC-1/4TSPN
SALT TO TASTE
HOMEMADE CHILLY POWDER-1TSPN

PROCEDURE:
1. heat a pan
2. Then add oil in pan
3. Then add a sliced kovaikai
4. Saute for 5 mints
5. Little bit of color changed add salt to taste
6. Mix well, then add turmeric powder
7. And add a chili powder to fry well
