THINGK TO KEEP MIND WHILE MAKING COCONUT BURFI:



If mixture furiously bubbling up while cooking, reduce to  low flame and  cook on low flame.



Timing is not be exact  small small different  stages because each and every stove is not same, so follow step by step picture and and texture.



VARITIES OF BURFI:



Badam burfi,  Maida burfi, chocolate burfi, peanut burfi, cash nut  and badam burfi.



My mom is famous to make coconut burfi and expert also, when ever come my relatives in our house she give edible gift and sent off relatives enjoying sweet journey.

In Tamilnadu one of the favorite and healthy dessert is groundnut burfi. we buy  very low in prize and rich healthy one. 









COOKING TIME :15 MINUTES.

SEREVE: 5 TO 6 PEOPLE.

STORE: 1 WEEK IN FRIDGE.



NOTES:



Burfi can be stored room temperature for 4  to 5 day, you can store in refrigerator more than a week.



 INGREDIENTS:

GRATED COCONUT-2CUP
SUGAR-1CUP
CLOVES-1
GHEE-1TSPN
MILK 1TSPN


Preparation:


STEP:1Take a frying pan add a grated coconut.



STEP:2 fry a coconut to little bit of heat add  1 TSP of milk


STEP:3 then add a sugar mix well.


STEP:4 add a crushed cloves it give  sweet aroma of burfi .


STEP:5 sugar is  melted. and add 1 tsp of ghee mix well a thick and sticky consistence.


STEP:6 take a plate to grease a plate with ghee switch of a stove.


STEP:7 transverse a burfi in a plate set to  room temperature.


STEP:8  cut a burfi for square shape then to serve it.

Sugar-1 cup.


Take a pan fry few mints of grated coconut.


Then add a tsp of milk.


Add a sugar.


Mix well sugar came a milted consistence.


Then add a tsp of ghee.


Mix well, add a crushed cloves.


Grease a plate.


Trancever a burfi in a grease plate.


Cut a burfi into a square shape to serve .
