CHENNAI STYLE FISH CURRY
Take a pan pour oil, onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, sauté well then add red chili powder, coriander powder to mix then take a mixer blender to add blend well to thick paste take a pan pour oil and add a blended paste saute well then add water to add a salt to taste then water came a boiling stage to add fish, it was cook for 20mints then to serve a gravy with white rice, idly, chappathi, dosa.......
INGREDIENTS:
1. Onion- 2 numbers
2. Tomato-2 numbers
3. Green chilly-2 tspn
4. Red chilly powder-1/2 tspn
5. Coriander powder-1/4 tspn
6. Coconut-1/2 shell
7. Salt to taste
8. Curry leaves
9. Coconut oil- 2tspn
10. Mustard seed-1/4 tspn
11. Meath seed-1/4 tspn
12. Fish-10 to 12
13. Ginger-1 small piece
14. Garlic-4 piece
